Jen at the Schlichter Team helped us buy our first Colorado home while we were in the process of relocating from out of state. She worked with my husband in person, as he relocated ahead of myself and our kids, and she worked with me remotely. Jen and my husband made sure to video call me during listings, and she helped us write up an offer and negotiate inspection repairs as we were in different states. She was really great at helping us to get as many repairs and concessions as possible, and she worked with all other parties (lender, insurance, our realtor who was simultaneously helping us sell our house out of state) to make the process smooth and painless. From initial interview over the phone to closing day, she was a great person to have guiding us through the home buying process!
