This is the second time we chose Jen for her house hunting expertise. Jen's is not just knowledgeable of the local area but is very smart with her negotiation skills. Jen always puts her clients first. Always responds to emails, text, and messenger in a promptly manner. Both times we were able to close on our house within 5 weeks of being under contract. This last time we were unable to be there for the inspections and Jen showed up for both. Jen also did our final walk through. We highly recommend Jen. Especially for military families who have VA lenders. Jen was in constant contact with our lenders to ensure a fast closing.
