Charlie represented us in the sale of our home. He did a great job explaining the process, contract terms, and the pros and cons of various approaches to marketing our home. He demonstrated a deep understanding of the local market and potential buyers. Charlie also helped us find contractors to get our home ready for sale. He was very patient in educating us about selling a home and how to respond to multiple offers. He hustled to market our home, reaching out to buyers who previously showed interest at every turn, and get us the right buyer. Charlie kept us informed throughout the process. I have now sold two homes with Brandon and team...

I have now sold two homes with Brandon and team (Taryn) and I'd give them all the stars if I could, five just isn't enough. They were highly communicative throughout the process, responding quickly to any questions and inquiries. Every step of the way Brandon provided great counsel. Taryn did an excellent job ensuring all documents were accounted for so I didn't have to worry or be concerned or anxious about anything. I will be buying with Brandon soon and looking forward to my continued work with his team.

Excellent choice in realtors, highly recommend.

From day 1 Charlie was very helpful in listening to what I wanted in a home and in sending me appropriate leads. He was prompt and never delayed in responding to messages and setting up appointments for viewings. He would work weekends and evenings to help schedule viewings and submit offers for homes which made the difference in the end. He always had my best interest in mind when viewing homes and creating contracts. I do not think my home search would have been as successful with someone besides Charlie. Highly recommend.
