I personally wanted to review Jen, let me brief our story little bit and experiences with Jen, we met Jen in one of the open house through the seller agent, I think it was around the month of May 2015. And I think we were really very tough buyer. Our housing hunting started early 2015, and we were looking for all the possibilities like town house, condo or a single family old or new. And believe Jen came along with us everywhere we wanted to go let it be Livermore, Dublin, Newark, Fremont. It will be tough to find any agent in this hot market who invest his/her time with you. We put many offers, none of them went through and in two of the houses we got the offer accepted but we backed out, STILL SHE was so not at all pissed or losing the patience. I think we have seen almost 35-40 houses with her and finally we got the house by beating 15 competitive offers for our house. And she did a great job on everything from start till close. I think in future she is my full time agent for any more real estate purchase or sale, she is the best she will never argue or deny your personal opinion. She is the BEST!!
