Jen was my agent for purchase and selling of my property after being recommended by a close friend who had good experiences. She is very knowledgeable of the Bay Area. As someone who is new to the country and area, she guided us honestly and fully informing us all the way even when the information is not necessarily in her favour which was respected and appreciated. Her response was very prompt and always answered or returned my calls, texts and emails almost at any time of the waking day or night 7 days a week. Jen was the Listing Agent for our Townhome recently. Jen is very knowledgeable and knows the market very well. She is very professional and extremely responsive. She explained to us all the various aspects of this process in great detail. She is easy to communicate with and very meticulous when it comes to paper work and made sure everything went smoothly. Jen is very organized. She helped preparing the house, arranging home inspections, staging the house beautifully before placing it on the market. She keeps our best interest in mind and negotiated the best deal with the Buying Agents for us. We have no doubt that she is the best Agent we can find. I personally wanted to review Jen, let me brief our story little bit and experiences with Jen, we met Jen in one of the open house through the seller agent, I think it was around the month of May 2015. And I think we were really very tough buyer. Our housing hunting started early 2015, and we were looking for all the possibilities like town house, condo or a single family old or new. And believe Jen came along with us everywhere we wanted to go let it be Livermore, Dublin, Newark, Fremont. It will be tough to find any agent in this hot market who invest his/her time with you. We put many offers, none of them went through and in two of the houses we got the offer accepted but we backed out, STILL SHE was so not at all pissed or losing the patience. I think we have seen almost 35-40 houses with her and finally we got the house by beating 15 competitive offers for our house. And she did a great job on everything from start till close. I think in future she is my full time agent for any more real estate purchase or sale, she is the best she will never argue or deny your personal opinion. She is the BEST!!

Jen has helped out bought houses and managed property. She is always on top of the requests that we have and helped us negotiate the best price. With many years of experience in the real estate, she shared with us the knowledge which help us a lot.
