I have spoken with other brokers before I met Jen Bradshaw and they were not personable enough for me to want to contact them again. The way I met Jen Bradshaw was I saw a sign in a yard of a place for rent and I called her and she met me at the place for rent the same day and she was extremely personable, professional, and had a determination to make sure I found what I was looking for. I told her exactly what I was looking for and that my husband and I are looking to buy our first home and that I had been looking on my own for at least 2 years and I couldn't find anything I liked. I'm very picky! She told me that she would do some research for me that night and find some places for me that meet what I'm looking for and to my surprise, she emailed me the next day with a bunch of listings and I ended up buying one of the listings! It is absolutely perfect for my family. It exceeded all of my expectations and my family and I couldn't be more happy. After looking for a place to buy for 2 years on my own, I was shocked that Jen Bradshaw found us the perfect first home overnight! We couldn't be more satisfied with her hard work ethic, determination, and how personable she is. She made the process of buying our first home easy, and smooth.
