My experience was one of the worst experiences of my 73 years. The only calming forces working for me was my real estate agent, Jeff Wood, and my mortgage guy. As they say, if anything can go wrong - it will. That was my case. Jeff worked extra hard for my deal to go through. And I mean extra. Jeff went above what I consider to be normal real estate agent stuff. He was at the property when I couldn't be as I'm out of the county. He was Indispensable in helping us pick through the good and bad out there. Everything from lots and builders or completed homes. He has a wealth of knowledge dealing with VA Loans. Which ours was! Once we decided on a house he was on top of everything getting it under contract, setting up inspections and survey, everything our lenders needed was done before they asked for it. It was so smooth we even closed early. I consider Jeff Wood a friend and I hold he in very high regard.
