I was so impressed while working with Jeffrey Wood, he went above and beyond my expectations of finding the exact home that I was looking for. I was thankful he never put me on an email list of a computerised program that sends pictures of homes connected to the area of where I was searching. So many past realtors had done that and it was very annoying to waste time looking at homes not only way out of my range but also homes that didn't have enough bedrooms. Jeffrey did exactly what all realtors should do; he asked what my budget was and took notes on exactly what I wanted. I told him I liked rooms not open concept homes. Jeffrey only showed me homes he knew that would match my wants. He did not waste any of my time trying to sell me anything other then what I was looking for. I told him I want a three bedroom, three bathroom, large living room (must be a separate room then the dining room.) I wanted a breakfast area in the kitchen and a formal dining room, plus a fenced in yard, two car garage. Most important I needed the home outside of the city of Ocala Florida. I truly appreciated his guidance on where to get a local mortgagee, home insurance, also assisted me in getting my home inspection. Jeffrey didn't mind all my phone calls, emails, and we also text each other. He showed me three homes in one day and I knew right away which one I wanted. Jeffrey was awesome and put my offer in the same day. I told Jeffrey eventually I want to get a pool built also solar panels for the house he responded saying if I ever need help with anything at all just to call him, he has trustworthy contacts since he also resides near Ocala, Florida. I am blessed and feel that I have not only a realtor to tell my friends and family about but also I've got a very trustworthy friend, which is a huge bonus from moving from being a stranger from Wisconsin to Florida- Jeffrey Wood, you are wonderful!
