Jeff made the whole experience of selling a house and buying another one so easy and quick.

I had known Jeff for a number of years when he was in a another profession and found him to be very congenial and competent. It was a no-brainer that I would choose him. He helped me out in a number of ways. I am somewhat disabled and do not drive so he picked me up for all the appointmemts re: the sale of my home.. He always callled me about the progress of the sale of my home and as soon as it closed he was out showing me villas. The first one he showed me was IT. The closing of my house (Aug. 14) and the closing on the villa (Sept. 1) were beyond my exprctations. I'm sure that anyone choosing Jeff (and his team) would be very happy with the results.
