Jeff's knowledge and experience was put to good use selling our 1934 home. He marketed the house in the best possible light, from the cards that were printed ,the sign in the front yard and the beautiful pictures by a professional. He put the word out and showings started right away. The house sold quickly. We did experience some delays in closing due to the buyers agent but Jeff walked us through and was so glad we followed his advice.
