Jeffrey Morris was the most persistent person we have ever met.....he searched the area for homes that met our criteria, made appropriate suggestions, and even after we left the area to return to our home he continued to search for "just the right place." We received an E-mail detailing 2 properties and "the one" finally appeared. Jeffrey told us that the property had just come on the market and after reviewing it, we notified him that we would put in an offer. Because of his diligence, we were the first to offer and we were accepted. During the whole process, Jeffrey kept us well informed, kept in constant touch with us in terms of our plans on our side of the transaction, and we finally met him at our new home to receive the keys and a walk through. You see, we bought the property sight unseen, and we were not disappointed. It was everything we hoped for. We think that because Jeffrey spent 3 days with us looking at properties he had great insight into what we needed/wanted and that insight focused his search.
