We first contacted Jeff about 3 years ago. We were wanting to go look at houses, but were just starting out and didn’t know what to expect. He was thorough and explained the market to us in a way we could understand. Buying a house at that time wasn’t feasible for us. At the beginning of the year, we contacted Jeff again.
