This was my first home purchase, and to say I was a little nervous or reluctant to commit would be an understatement. Working with Jeff made the entire process easy. I genuinely felt supported, and was never pressured into a decision. When I was finally ready to pull the trigger, Jeff was there. In fact, on the day I first saw my now new condo, I simply sent him a photo of the flier, and he was calling the listing agent while I was still physically in the condo checking it out. Catering to my needs, supplying great referrals, being there to continually answer my questions (of which there was no shortage), and finally being assertive when I needed him to be made the entire experience easier and kept the stress low. Today's real estate market is very competitive and fast-paced. We wanted to work with someone that had experience, came highly referred, and would make sure to get things done promptly. Jeff absolutely encompasses all of those things and exceeded our expectations. Jeff helped us to identify the house that my wife and I wanted. This was a highly desirable house in a very competitive area. There were 8 other offers at the time that we submitted our offer. Jeff "worked his magic" and 2 days later we had our offer accepted above the others. The seller's realtor wanted to work with someone that he felt comfortable with and had confidence in, and that realtor decided to pick Jeff and his clients. Additionally, Jeff was in constant communication with our financing person, escrow, the seller's realtor and all other relevant parties. He kept us up to date with all information and really streamlined everything for us. This is not my first purchase, and Jeff was miles above the other realtors I've dealt with before. I'm not one to leave reviews, but Jeff deserves the 5 stars and much more. He is professional, absolutely pleasant to deal with, on top of everything and very patient.
