We sold a single family home and a beachfront condo with Jeffrey's help within a couple months of each other. Then he helped us find our dream home and again, helped with the negotiation process. He is always aggressively working for his clients. While most realtors are lazy and sell real estate because they don't have to work very hard, Jeffery is just the opposite. He works 24/7 to assist his clients and is always available for questions or to give assistance.

Jeffrey is very knowledgeable of the are and was quick to understand what we were looking for. He was able to skillfully negotiate our transaction via mostly test and e-mail as we were traveling and had limited access to phones.
