Jeff Dewing and the Sale Team he has assembled is the most complete Team we have worked in the more than 10 homes we have sold over the past years. My wife and I rate Jeff "Six Stars"; as he is that good. His understanding of the local market and where to price the home, what buyers were looking for in the price range, his thoughtfulness; gave us the trust in him as he guided us to "what had to be replaced" with the understanding it was real money coming out of our checkbook. We attribute the 5% above full asking price for our home to his negotiating skills, which is why we rated him excellent in this category. I also need to mention Emily, who is on his Team, who made sure that all of the inquiries we had were responded to almost immediately.
