Jeff came onto my listing during a horrendous time after the hurricanes in Tampa (October 2024) after my previous realtor had completely abandoned me with a gutted home, no idea where to go and zero plan on how to move forward. Jeff completely took over and got to work with permits, contractors and even offered to help me sell it once it was fixed. There was multiple times I was tired and wanted to just pull the listing, but he never gave up and his hard work paid off, accomplishing the impossible with a sale!
