Jeff came onto my listing during a horrendous time after the hurricanes in Tampa (October 2024) after my previous realtor had completely abandoned me with a gutted home, no idea where to go and zero plan on how to move forward. Jeff completely took over and got to work with permits, contractors and even offered to help me sell it once it was fixed. There was multiple times I was tired and wanted to just pull the listing, but he never gave up and his hard work paid off, accomplishing the impossible with a sale! Jeff listed my son's home and we had multiple offers, then sealed the deal in one day. He was able to get a cash deal at the same price as the highest offer with financing, resulting in a closing in about 14 days (even dealing with probate court). He was also able to work a deal, outside of closing, for thousands of dollars in tools and other equipment that were in the garage. I recommend Jeff for your real estate needs.
Jeff Curtis WILL certainly "go to bat" for you!!!! This transaction was my second house that Mr. Curtis sold for me. We had some bumpy roads to go down with this second one however, he was immediately front and center to go to bat for me, combat the issue, and quickly close the deal.
