I was referred to Jeffrey by a childhood friend who lives in the DFW area. I couldn't have been more pleased. Jeffrey, Aricia, and Kelly are exceptionally knowledgeable and will go to any lengths necessary to find the right house. He asked me, up-front, what I wanted to look for and tailored my search and the houses we went to see based on some basic criteria. He was extremely knowledgeable of neighborhoods, issues with foundations and houses in each neighborhood, and very responsive. He knew areas that are far from his "home" area and traveled at least an hour one-way to meet me to look at houses that were spread over about a 150 square mile area. He was comprehensive in his reviews of houses we visited and looked for MANY of the same things I did when looking at a house, and then some. Very pleased with his services and will recommend him to anyone looking for an agent. Not only that, but he helped me with knowledge and careful questions for the agent on my house in St. Louis! He is a true professional, and goes above and beyond my expectations. His research and knowledge is second-to-none! Believe me!

Jeffrey is the most hard-working realtor I know. His years of experience shine through. He he is knowledgeable about the industry and market place, he is extremely responsive and reliable (follows through on what he says he'all do) and is very personable. I was out of state for almost the entire period of the selling process, from the moment I made a decision to sell until packing up the house for the movers to load the truck. He (and Aricia) were great advisors on how to stage my house and Jeffrey had recommendation for reliable contractors for repairs or painting, cleaning floors, etc. and he or one of his his family members met the workers (and scrutinized the work) so there was no delay in getting my house ready to sell. Jeffrey arranged for professional photography that portrayed the house at its best. From the day it went on the market, Jeffrey kept me updated on viewing, open house and offers. He made this selling process easier than I can imagine and I will be forever greatful! I highly recommend Jeffrey and Aricia Blasko!
