Our house had been listed with another agent for nearly 5 months and was not moving. They did very few showings and took terrible pictures. When I let them go and hired Jeff, things moved quickly. He took new pictures and had us do a few things to make it more appealing. It sold pretty within 60 after that. He knew the local market and how to move a house quickly. Jeff did not have an immediate answer to every question we asked. To me, that's one of the first and biggest indicators as to someone's honesty and integrity. If he knew, he shared. If he was unsure, or did not know, he said so. He would give us his best guess, and immediately follow that up with some variation of "I will find out, and get right back you." He had not been a licensed real estate agent for very long, but you wouldn't have known that based on his performance as ours. Jeff was sincere, friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. I absolutely recommend him, without reservation.
