Our house had been listed with another agent for nearly 5 months and was not moving. They did very few showings and took terrible pictures. When I let them go and hired Jeff, things moved quickly. He took new pictures and had us do a few things to make it more appealing. It sold pretty within 60 after that. He knew the local market and how to move a house quickly. We would definitely recommend him to anyone buying or selling a house.

This home was the first house we toured and first bid we placed. We knew what we wanted and Jeff helped deliver that. He advised us to get an offer in quick based on the market in the area and knew the right price to get it accepted. He helped us understand the sales process and advocated for us along the way to ensure closing was on our terms and things didn’t fall behind schedule. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Jeff did not have an immediate answer to every question we asked. To me, that's one of the first and biggest indicators as to someone's honesty and integrity. If he knew, he shared. If he was unsure, or did not know, he said so. He would give us his best guess, and immediately follow that up with some variation of "I will find out, and get right back you." He had not been a licensed real estate agent for very long, but you wouldn't have known that based on his performance as ours. Jeff was sincere, friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. I absolutely recommend him, without reservation.
