Jeff Watkins

I cannot overstate how positive our experience has been with Jeff Watkins. We came in from out of state. Jeff was extremely responsive and energetic from start to finish, even when were "just starting to look" and traveling across the country. Once we arrived in town, Jeff listened to what we wanted and when. We had a rental for a while and wanted to look around. He respected our timeline, but he was also quick to respond to our needs. When we showed interest in a house, he made arrangements quickly and followed-through completely. He was quick with suggestions of similar properties and shared his knowledge of the area and the market in a timely and informed way. Once we were in potential properties, he was quick to observe qualities of the home and the neighborhood, and he helped us understand market trends and growth in the area. Jeff is a finisher. He really worked hard to respond quickly and thoroughly to our needs, even to what we think of as our 'dumb questions,' with professionalism and charm. Highly recommended!

Jeff was very patient with us for the almost 6 months it took us to find a home. He was very responsive and never pushy. He has continued to help us even after our closing. Just a great guy!

Having bought and sold many homes but not in the Southwest of Utah my wife and I needed some guidance and a lot of questions answered. His knowledge in answering our questions was very good, the best and most revealing was when Jeff didn't know an answer he was quick to admit it and even quicker to research and get us answers. Jeff was really wonderful to work with. We had a small window in which we needed to sell our home and he worked hard (even going door to door!) to help us find a buyer that would give us a good offer. He took time to explain the when process to us, since this was our first experience selling a house, and always responded quickly when we had questions. We definitely recommend Jeff and his team!!

I used Jeff to help my mother find a home moving from Salt Lake to St George. Jeff was great to work with through the entire process! He showed us several homes via FaceTime as it was a long distance move. He was always very responsive. He even set us up with a flooring company, and oversaw the work being done to ensure it stayed on schedule. Thanks again Jeff!
