Team Underdahl is the real deal. I could not be happier with the job they did. My brother tried to sell his house with another real estate agent. It turned into a complete disaster. Jeff Underdahl stepped in and took over the job, changed the way the house was marketed, and got that place sold quick. My wife and I were also looking for an agent for our home, and were watching closely to see what happened with my brother's house. We invited Jeff over and talked with him and Tony Derrigo. We knew that Jeff and Tony were a good fit for the task of working with me. These guy are AWESOME! Not only did they answer every single tedious question I had, quickly, but they offered excellent advice on things I wasn't sure about... ok, knew NOTHING about. They tactfully kept me straight on the the things I SHOULD NOT be doing, which was VERY difficult for me to accept. With prodding from my wife, I reluctantly stepped back and let this great team do their work. Voila, in the midst of Covid-19, these guys sold my house, when we couldn't even get people to view it! They worked with me and gave me everything I asked for. Not only are they effective, but they are fun and a pleasure to work with. The only regret I have is not being able to work with them more. My experience with Jeff was strictly over the phone, I actually worked directly with a new agent from his office as a matter of fact I think we were his first sale. Having said that I also take responsibility as it was my fault not asking the right questions and letting my self feel empathy for this new realtor I was dealing with. My 1 Star is strictly on negotiation skills and like like I said it wasn’t really Jeff but the agent working under him and his office, I feel I paid too much for the house I’m currently in now and I feel he should have done a better job in managing that aspect of the transaction. Now that I think of it I feel it was more like let’s get this sale done. I bought my home in 2017 and shortly after moving in, I found out the house next door is owned by recovery program where low income families rent after completing this program. It has been a nightmare living here and I feel my realtor should have warned us about this “ I don’t know, call me crazy” but anyway, I cut this short and again this one star is strictly on negotiation skills.
