In the year 2000 my wife and I bought a piece of land in rural Okeechobee Florida. We had gotten the property with aspirations of either building our retirement home there when the time came or rolling it over for profit. When it became clear that we could no longer hold onto the land due to financial need we read realtor reviews and chose The Tricoli Team. We had previously gotten unsolicited mail from “realtors” in the area of the property who were offering to purchase our land for a pittance, so we were slightly concerned that a big organization like Tricoli would not be interested in “working the deal” to get us a price more in line with what we expected. The Tricoli Team not only got us the closing price we anticipated, but patiently answered our many questions, and closed the deal in just three weeks after listing. Once I decided to list my home with Jeff Tricoli (recommended by a mutual friend who had signed with him previously), he promptly met me at my home and came prepared with many 'comps' from my neighborhood. Within just a few days his professional photographer took some fantastic shots inside and outside and at the community club house - they looked more like 'renderings' - very flattering. Showings were scheduled for my convenience and followup details were relayed regularly. The preparation and closing went so smoothly - I was kept informed step by step, signed paperwork in advance as I had to take possession of my new residence prior to actual closing. And Jeff followed up with me after my move to be sure I did not have any concerns or questions.
