Jeff Tricoli and his team sold my townhouse quickly and for the highest selling price. I had to relocate out of state and was kept in the loop throughout the selling process. When hurricane Dorian was approaching Florida they had someone available to put my hurricane shutters and take them back down. I couldn't be more happy with Jeff's team and my realtor Ryan Garcia.

Jeff and the entire Tricoli team were excellent. We received a full asking price cash offer in 6 days. We were able to bring our sale to close quickly and the process couldn't have been easier. Brenna, Ryan, and others communicated timely and clearly. I would absolutely recommend this team to anyone looking for the best real estate experience possible!
It was a pleasure working with the Tricoli team. They were very efficient & knowledgeable of the market & the area. Highly recommend them for all your real estate needs!
We recently used Jeff's team to purchase a condo and plan on listing our single family home with his team shortly. This was home purchase #12, and I have to say Jeff and his team are up at the top of Realtors we have used. Great Service!!!
They are easy to work with and helped us sell our house very quickly. They handled the pressure very well.
We were in a rush to sell our house so we reached out to Jeff Tricoli. The Jeff Tricoli team responded to us very quickly. They came and showed us some other listings in our area (Jupiter Florida) to give us an idea of what price we should list our house for to be competitive. This showed us they had great local knowledge. The Jeff Tricoli team had a professional photographer come and take pictures of our house and they even had a drone take some aireal photos. The pictures looked so good we got tempted not to sell. After listing the house with Jeff Tricoli, we got many people wanting to view the house quickly due Jeff Tricoli expertise in marketing. Once we got an offer, Jeff Tricoli used its negotiation skills and we were able to get close to our original list price. Due to Jeff Tricoli's ability we were able to list, sell, and close on our house in two months. Jeff Tricoli made the process very easy and smooth and minimal amount work from us.
Jeff and his team are A1 in my opinion. My home sold quickly. His team is very responsive and easy to deal with.
Jeff Tricoli and his team are excellent communicators. I was always kept informed in a timely manner. Showings were many. A special thank you to Brenna for helping me get through the process.
