Jeff Tricoli, Jourdan and Tony were all extremely responsive and helpful as we sold and bought our home in April 2020. Even during the COVID-19 pandemic, they helped us figure out our options and really priced our sale SO WELL that it was sold within a week! Our purchase was extremely smooth as well, and we couldn't have found it without Tony and his extreme patience! We had a great experience, and would definitely recommend again.

Jeff and his team (including Jourdan and Tony) were fantastic. The entire transaction team walked us through the process of both buying and selling our home. We couldn't have asked for more attentive to detail, fair and communicative realtors. They checked on us and made sure we were comfortable and happy every step of the way. The vendors they recommended were great as well!

We sold our house and bought a condo at the same time with Jeff and his team. The process was smooth, painless and we are extremely happy!!! Highly recommended!!!!

Jeff and his team are the best!! We had an incredible experience. Thank God, they sold our house days after we listed, and found our dream home. They are always available to talk and he has an incredible team ready to serve!

Jeff and team had my house sold within 1 day! We were concerned about the appraised value, and Jeff's team structured the contract so that our final sales price was at 99.8% of our asking price. He also helped out during the closing process when several issues arose. Overall, a superb job!

Buying a house is a complicated process. The most important purchase of your life. If that process occurs in another country, it is even more stressful. We were so fortunate to have found Tony Candales (Preferred partner of Tricoli Team) when we visited West Palm Beach. As our Realtor, he helped us find the right house in the right neighborhood for the right price. He was patient as we traveled from Toronto to look at homes in just 3 weeks. In short, he was always on our side working to make our house purchase as simple and successful as possible. The best part about working with Tony Candales was that he was always more focused on answering our questions, giving us good advice, and finding homes that met our needs than he was on closing a deal. We would recommend him to anyone.

We had an amazing experience working with Jeff and his team. I will recommend him to anybody interested in selling or buying a home!!!! The buying of our condo was fast, we close in less than 30 days. I was very happy and impressed with the service.

Jeff has recently helped my family sell our primary home. Though we are sad to depart from it, we are grateful that our home sold fast. Thank you Jeff for your promptness during the process! We appreciate your help

2 minutes ago From the start we knew Keller Williams Realty was for us to sell our home. My first contact was with Jeff Tricoli. The team at Keller Williams is not only knowledgeable and professional, they were compassionate and patient. Once our house hit the market, it was on every real estate listing available. The listings were beautiful, inviting, and very encouraging. Keller Williams Realty sold our house in less than 30 days! I must applaud Sales Agent Ryan as well. Ryan tirelessly guided me through emailed documents, stayed in communication daily, and was just as happy as could be to fill my desire of seeing a young family in the house...an outrageous stipulation, I know, but I wanted that for the house we lived in for more than 20 years! Thank you Jeff, Ryan, and the rest of the team at Keller Williams Realty. I will forever recommend you to everyone I know!
