Jeff Tricoli and his team are the ultimate professionals that watched over every step of my home sale. I followed Jeff's advice and sold for top dollar, they are all the best you can hire
Jeff’s team was knowledgeable, helpful and detailed. He helped us sell and buy our home during the COVID crisis in April and answered all of our questions. The home was marketed well and the showings were easy to accept or change. I would absolutely recommend Jeff and his team including Jourdan & Tony to anyone.
My husband and I were beyond pleased with Ryan and his staff. He was extremely responsive to all our questions and concerns. During such uncertain times, my husband and I were very unsure that we would get an offer. Much to our surprise, Ryan brought in a very strong offer. He negotiated to get us almost full asking price. Ryan was very professional from the beginning till the end. Thank you again for all your help and knowledge.
Our agent, James, was the person who helped us find our new home. James quickly figured out what we were looking for, and showed us only homes that we were truly interested in. It made the buying process fun and fast. Jeff oversaw the entire process, and was always there if needed. I highly recommend this firm to anyone looking to sell or buy a new home. All communication was immediate and informative. I have already recommended this firm to other family members.

Jeff Tricoli & James Wetherington were both professional, knowledgeable, and accessible. I would suggest him and his team to anyone looking to purchase a new home. They answered our many questions. They educated us on somethings that we thought we knew. I can say that he had our best interests in mind.
It was a pleasure doing business with the Tricoli team. They were very responsive and did not put undue pressure on the sales process. Once we decided to go ahead and list we went under contract in 4 DAYS! The support team was very helpful and we had a wonderful experience.
Thank you for the selling of my home. It was an interesting journey, but we made it! Mrs Jourdan Crawford helped navigate me through the process. She kept me calm, when I wanted to pull out my hair! I love her and the team for a Job well done! Thank you again! Ms. AC. Williams
