I would highly recommend the tricoli team. Every single person there is top notch. Nicole really made them entire transaction seem less. She worked day in and day out to make sure we were completely satisfied with how the sell of our home went. The tricoli team is the best! https://www.tricoliteam.com/property/RX-10786539
Liz and the Keller Williams-Tricoli staff were very helpful, informative and diligent. I would highly recommend them...5 stars!!!
The tricoli team is nothing short of amazing!! They handled my transaction smoothly and made sure I knew exactly what was going on around the clock. Nicole is amazing. I highly recommend.
I recently went through the process of selling my house in West Palm Beach and relocated to northern Florida. I met/spoke with several real estate agents/companies and ended going with The Tricoli Team for a couple reasons. First, my Agent Elizabeth Bell was great to work with, she really understood the marketplace and I felt I was working with a true Real Estate Advisor and not just a property salesperson. Second, The Tricoli sales support team was top notch. I had moved to north Florida and was a little uneasy about being far away and leaving my house to a company I had no previous experience with. Between the marketing campaign, the presales prep(staging, pictures and videos), contract negotiations and the closing, the process was seamless and very professional. Through their efforts, they were able to attract a cash buyer in 6 days of the property being listed and eventually closed on the property. My experience with The Tricoli Team was very positive, and I would truly recommend them to any potential seller. Given the recent changes in the real estate market, you really want a team to put all their resources into selling your home and getting maximum results.
The Tricoli Team made listing and selling our house a smooth process. They were responsive whenever we had questions, extremely organized, and knowledgeable about the market and community. Everyone that they connected us with (ie title company) was professional and communicative as well. Highly recommend as they clearly know their business!

The Tricoli Team made selling our house a smooth process. Everyone we worked with (agent, administrative assistants, photographers, title company) was professional, organized, and knowledgeable about the market, our community, and the process, which helped us show our home efficiently and maximize our offers. Our agent possessed a good understanding of the local area, recent sales, and listened to our expectations, which helped price our home well, negotiate, and sell quickly. The team was responsive to questions and communicated consistently from our first meeting until closing. In addition, the Tricoli Team coordinated the timing and procedures with our buying agent (who was out of state) to ensure a seamless transition from selling to buying. We would highly recommend the Tricoli Team as they will work hard to meet your real estate needs and make a potentially stressful experience much less so.
We had a wonderful experience with the Tricoli team. From start to finish, was well organized and seamless. We listed the house and had a signed contract within a couple weeks. There are so many realtors to choose from but I could not be happier with the decision to use Tricoli. Will certainly plan to use them again with any future needs. Working with our agent, Liz, was a great pleasure. Super friendly, knowledgeable and responsive staff. Jeff, the owner was great to work with as well and follows up often to ensure all is going smooth. Highly recommend.
I spoke to many real estate agents Jeff Tricoli and his team delivered what was promised They got me more then I expected for my property which amazed me and made the sale a smooth transition . The buyer was pleased and as the seller I was pleased which really is the bottom line all parties walked away happy and had a pleasurable experience dealing with a Real Estate agent that delivers .I realize properties are selling fast in Florida but the marketing and approach to the presentation of my property made this sale even quicker then I truly expected I will always deal with Jeff and his team going forward with all my Real Estate buys and sales they are truly first class I DON'T BELIEVE YOU WILL FIND ANYONE THAT HANDLES PROPERTY SALES AND PURCHASES BETTER THEN THE TRICOLI TEAM
We selected the Tricoli team to help us in our home buying in Jupiter, FL based on a recommendation from our son, and we could have been more delighted with our choice of realtors. Ryan Garcia of the Tricoli team was attentive, extremely helpful, and provided excellent advice throughout the entire process. His desire to facilitate a successful transaction made us feel very comfortable and removed any natural anxieties associated with being a buyer during a very competitive market period.

The Tricoli Team provided the best realtor experience I have ever had. They provided a listing that was truly unique in that it included a 360 degree view of each room. They were in constant contact with us through out the entire process and got us a contract for well above the listed price. Ryan initially came to our home and reviewed the whole process with us. Even though we were not ready to list at that time, Ryan kept in touch with us and kept sending us listings for homes in the community we to which we wanted to move. When we were ready to list, Ryan guided us through the process, answering all of our questions quickly and professionally. If Ryan was not available, Delisha responded to us almost immediately. Every issue that arose was handled professionally and efficiently. The Tricoli Team negotiated a very favorable sale agreement which included a quick closing and a 30 day post-closing occupancy so that we had time to find a new residence. While all this was playing out, Jennie Muchada helped us find a home that my wife loves. This team went above and beyond what could be expected of them. We are extremely grateful for what they did for us and we highly recommend them to anyone wanting to sell their home or buy a new one.
