Jeff Tricoli is an excellent real estate broker. From day one, when we were just considering giving Jeff our listing we were immediately impressed with his professionalism, the thoroughness of his research and the quality of the listing presentation. My family lived on the property running a nursery and landscaping business there for over 40 years, so we had high expectations. In September we gave Tricolo the listing and he and his team got right to work! We were under contract and closed within 3 months! We liked their team approach, and they did an excellent job in showcasing the listing with great language and photos and video presentation.
