After an initial phone call, Liz Bell quickly set the wheels in motion to make sure we had what we needed to have our house in perfect showing condition. She came to the meeting to discuss the offer price and had done her homework. With a few quirks to our home, she had the data and comps to back up her decision for pricing and a great marketing plan to get it sold quickly. She has been great to work with through the contract agreement, inspection and final closing details. Liz came with a plan and executed it perfectly!! This was such a smooth process and a special blessing to have her on our side. We will definitely use the Tricoli Team again for selling or buying!
