I would HIGHLY recommend The Tricoli Team, and I will tell you why. My husband and I had our home listed with another agent for six months. They were unsuccessful in selling our home. Unsure of the issues with our agent, but we had 2-3 offers and they all ended up backing out. Also, all offers were below asking price. Everything went smoothly. And that is something: I couldn't imagine that moving from one state to another would have been so (because of the bureaucracy involved this complicated). The young lady (I don't know whether I can mention names) from the Tricoli Team helped us through the process, showed an enormous amount of patience, allowed for a smooth transition from MA to FL.
