I decided to go with Jeff and the Tricolli team after dropping one real estate company and then interviewing 4 others. I was sold on Tricolli once speaking with Chase Caccamo. He did an excellent job explaining, in detail, what to expect from his team and eventually came up with the perfect selling price. The selling of the property was made more difficult for us, given that we live in Massachusetts and the home was located in Hobe Sound, Florida. Chase is an excellent communicator and negotiator. Chase and his team were constantly in touch with me keeping me updated on showings and offers. The pictures that were taken really showed the property beautifully and it showed with the number of potential buyers that looked at the property. We actually had the property sold to two prior buyers that unfortunately were not able to complete sale due to issues on the buyers' end. Through it all Chase continued to keep the home on the market and in the end got me a better price than the original 2 offers that fell through. The closing was handled without the need for us to leave Massachusetts at all.
