Working with Liz and the Tricoli Team was seamless. They are a group of professionals that just get the real estate business whether its a $50,000 sale or $5,000,000 sale. They are set up to do anything and everything in between. Highly recommend https://www.tricoliteam.com/property/RX-10795562
They make a potentially overwhelming experience to be a peaceful, efficient, successful one! The team guides you through the selling process- making it easy, painless, and convenient at all times. Their professionalism is evident, as is their competency. The honest opinion and professional guidance of my agent gave me the confidence I needed to proceed with my home sale- while finalizing my new home purchase. I couldn't be happier with the final outcome. Thank you Tricoli Team!
I'm telling you this team runs like a well oiled machine! I had Nicole (my go to) who not only was quick to respond to my texts but also to my calls. If I had a question or concern she was on it! That was so appreciated and she really made the whole process go so much smoother. Then I had Rose who helped me with both the inspection and addendums! The explanations were clear and concise. I had Al who kept me notified on feedback from the people looking at my property. I also had Gale who helped me through the appraisal. I'm sure I'm leaving someone out but these stood out. Jeff has put together such a great group of people. I was very impressed to have this team in my corner. I highly recommend them without any reserve. I'm very thankful to all of them.
He and the team walked us through the entire process to the finish line. Highly recommend, especially if you're trying to sell remotely.
They have a team very professional and caring. I will recommend them in a heart beat.
We live in Michigan and worked with James Wetherington to find a waterfront property in the Boca/Delray/Boynton Beach area. The market is absolutely on fire in that area, but James was highly responsive and very knowledgeable. Within 2 weeks he was able to educate us on the market so we could narrow down our search, show us multiple appropriate properties, and negotiate our purchase of our selected property. We closed two weeks later. A flawless experience. We highly recommend James and his group for knowledge, customer service and overall expertise. https://www.tricoliteam.com/search/details

So happy my family & I choose the Tricoli team to help us find our home. Brielle was the best realtor we could’ve asked for! She was knowledgeable, patient & worked hard for us. We couldn’t have found a home without her. Thank you!! https://www.tricoliteam.com/property/RX-10777660
Like everyone else I did shop around before signing deal with Tricoli team. I had interaction with at least 3 agencies. What I benefited the most by doing business with Tricoli team are; Listing experience : If you are first time seller like me, and getting confused with various concepts and knowledge acquired through reading on internet, you definitely need a 'local' expert and 'market' proficient. The other 3 agencies I had interaction with proposed a selling price way lower than what Tricoli team proposed. To be frank at that time the main reason for selecting Tricoli Team was their confidence in selling the house at price they recommended. I was not confident but they were. Tricoli Team listed my house in so many different places and definitely optimized it for search results. My property had location advantages and hence they made sure to capture all that in aerial view photos and videos. Showing experience : Tricoli team uses technology to its best. Mobile apps for showing requests is so helpful and easy to use and you wont end up just guessing but being very sure. I do not know the industry practice and whether it is normal but during initial few showings I was getting concerned about my (seller) agent not being present for showings. And I totally understand that was mainly because of social distancing of COVID era and later realized that it is a good practice as well which gives buyer agent and buyers freedom to look around the property. Communication: They have a good support team, working on weekends and late evenings. I typically got my questions answered within less than 2 hours. My assigned agent Mr. Ryan is very knowledgeable and patient. Most of the important decisions I depended on his recommendations. Negotiations : Tricoli team as a whole has very good reputation in housing market and I could see that in their interactions as well as responses from buyer's agents. https://www.tricoliteam.com/property/RX-10724651
