Even though the selling of my Condo was trying at times due to the Condo Board and a few other items, the Tricoli Team was great. Ryan kept me positive and was very patient and understanding. I'm telling you this team runs like a well oiled machine! I had Nicole (my go to) who not only was quick to respond to my texts but also to my calls. If I had a question or concern she was on it! That was so appreciated and she really made the whole process go so much smoother. Then I had Rose who helped me with both the inspection and addendums! The explanations were clear and concise.
