Knowing no realtors in Florida, we were referred to Jeff Stewart by a local realtor friend. From the first day of our meeting, Jeff was thorough and organized, preparing a spiral bound booklet of the MLS data for each showing for the day. During showings, he gave valuable input, offering insights on items that were important, but could easily be overlooked by us. He gave excellent advice when asked, and the advice aligned with our needs, even at the expense of his own commission. He made the closing process easy, thinking of the many details before we did, thereby reducing our stress. Finally, he expressed that his commitment to us extends well beyond the closing, which brings a great deal of comfort.
