We've used Patterson-Schwartz to buy and sell our home. It always amazes me how much the agent is willing to do to get the job done. Living a few hours away, our agent went out of his way to let contractors into the house so that we wouldn't have to make the drive back. Your customer service is excellent. Our agent was also willing to give up some of his commission so that the buyer was able to purchase the house. I would highly recommend your company to anyone. Your company is top notch in my opinion.
