From the time I called Jeff on May 14 thru closing (and after) communication was excellent. He informed us when he was going to take room measurements and house pictures and notified us when the listing went live. Jeff emailed us the showing activity and immediately let us know when documents were ready for my mom’s esignature. He also assisted with the documents that required to be notarized in order to have him represent my mother at settlement. Jeff went over all the offers explaining the pros and cons of each but letting us know the final decision was our moms. Not being from Delaware I greatly appreciated his assistance on recommending a competent, licensed plumber who came out to address a minor sump pump issue, which was satisfactory resolved in a timely manner. With recent lawsuits against the NAR regarding commissions, I felt the 5% commission charged was fair. We could not have been happier with the outcome; getting multiple offers, some more than the asking price, and with an extremely quick settlement closing date.
