He worked well with June Oppenheim, Patterson-Schwartz property manager, while we had had tenants there, took care of details regarding care of the property while it had been unoccupied (hired plumber to de-winterize, oversaw cleaning and mediated with management regarding external repairs to be made), and facilitated every administrative step of the sale, including acting as my pr at the closing. He was professional, courteous — even kind and generous with me and my financial advisors so that the sale could go through. He is not only professional and knowledgeable, he is relational. And that made the process far less stressful and challenging for me.
