I had never sold a house before. I live in Lancaster and heard a lot about Berkshire Hathaway. The house being sold was in Mohnton PA And the person I spoke to at Berkshire Hathaway indicated they don’t sell houses in that area. While considering purchasing/building a home, I located a home that was previously purchased days prior to my inquiry about it online. Within minutes, Jeff Martin contacted me via phone and advised me that other lots in the development were available if I was considering building. Several minutes later, Jeff Martin sent me a list of homes that were available to be purchased/built in the area I was looking at. Within the next couple days, I met Jeff Martin at the home I previously looked at. Jeff Martin and I walked through the home and also showed me the other lots that were open.
