He is genuine, respectful, and had a long professional history. We trusted him right away. We had met other real estate agents who changed their personality on the spot as soon as they saw that we were not very interested in the properties they were showing us. Jeff did not. He inspires trust.

You know the feeling you have when you know you're making the right decision? That's the feeling we had after our first meeting with Jeff, and one that continues today. After parting ways with agents whose conduct and "business model" were not in sync with our values and needs, we did some research on various agents and companies. We met with Jeff at length and to say he was a Godsend would be an understatement. He listened to us, answered questions and developed a strategy based on our concerns and desired outcome. Our home was listed and marketed in a truly professional manner; marketing materials, sign and photography were all top notch. I had never sold a house before. I live in Lancaster and heard a lot about Berkshire Hathaway. The house being sold was in Mohnton PA And the person I spoke to at Berkshire Hathaway indicated they don’t sell houses in that area. I didn’t have any realtors in mind and asked if they could give me a referral. The gentleman indicated there was one person he felt comfortable recommending and that person was Jeff Martin at century 21. I called and left a message for Jeff the same day. He responded quickly and made the process of selling a house very easy. He explained everything, he was patient, and he gave me weekly updates on the progress. My situation was that I was selling a house that was my childhood home because my mom was recently put in a nursing home. It was a difficult situation but my experience with Jeff made the process so much easier. I will definitely recommend him to anyone I know who wants to sell her house in the Berks County area.
