Jeff is an experienced professional, and we very much appreciated his help in purchasing our first home together. As a first time home buyer, I was thankful for how much Jeff was willing to teach us about the home-buying process as we went along. He is very honest and doesn’t sugar-coat things - it is clear he has your best interest in mind during showings and when placing offers. One thing we especially appreciated was how easy it was to schedule showings with him. I wonder where Jeff keeps his chrystal ball. He must have one - how else could he have known precisely how much activity we would see at the price and with the timing we listed my house, how many offers we would receive and in what price range? The strategy worked exactly as planned - we had I think 28 showings the first weekend and three offers above asking. We had a contract in three days. I had worked with Jeff before and I look forward to working with him again. He is always courteous, professional, positive and focused. He has seen it all.

This is the man you want on your side. Start to finish Jeff kept me well informed, knew everything about the properties before we got there, didn't waste my time with properties I sent him that he determined weren't worth seeing, regularly sent me recommendations and best of all he wasn't pushy. I had bad experiences with previous realtors, so I was hesitant to trust another. But Jeff didn't force a contract on me and was interested in my wife and I finding the right house for us, not a quick sale so he could collect his commission and move on. He even keeps up with us after we bought our house. We got a congratulations card, Christmas card, he sent a copy of the paperwork we would need for our tax filings. This man is not just the most professional realtor I have worked with, but the most professional I have even heard of. Don't look anywhere else and don't waste your time shopping for others.
