Our house was unique house with artistic design elements and we knew it didnt appeal to everyone. Then we chose to put it on the market at exaclty the wrong time of the year. We hired Jeff because he had a realistic strategy to target buyers. Overall very please with the results and timeline. Jeff is very easy to work with and someone you can count on. Always on time, professional, very responsive, patient, not pushy in any way but rather customer oriented with great advise pointing out things, which you might have missed when viewing a house. You can find professional and patient realtors, as this is what is expected from people in that profession. But where Jeff really stands out is his great knowledge about construction and his ability to communicate with his clients in an easy way, what might already be a problem or might lead to a problem in the future, as well as what "sells" on the market and what doesn't. You can trust his judgement when assessing the condition of a property as well as the "real" market value. This is extremely important and allows to build a truly trusting relationship with your realtor. I would fully recommend Jeff and will definitively be using him as my realtor in the future.
