Jeff was the most outstanding agent. He understood all our nuances at the beginning of our journey and took into account what we liked and didnt like. He gave recommendations for houses in area that came up on the market. His negotiation skills are top notch and got us everything we wanted when it came to buying and selling. His client first approach really shined through and made us feel valued in his eyes. My wife and I never felt rushed or anxious in any of the situations and his calm demeanor helped balance out our overanalyzing personalities. While we were going through the selling process he gave amazing feedback on what needed to be fixed around the house so that it could succeed while being on the market. Him and his team did a tremendous job with making our photos looking great and we felt prepared when we put it on the market. It showed and the house sold in 11 days!
