I worked with Jeff to sell an occupied rental home during the Great Pandemic Housing Rush. The home showed beautifully and the photography on the website was excellent. Jeff handled a multitude of showings over several days that yielded many offers with some of them over the asking price. He handled the ensuing negotiations, inspections and closing with complete professionalism and kept me informed throughout. We ended up with a profitable sale and a satisfied buyer.

What a wonderful experience I had purchasing my first home and the credit is owed to Jeff Kinion. There was no question, issue or worry that he didn't work to resolve for me.
