This was my second time utilizing Jeff as my realtor. The first time was for the purchase of my house, which I wanted him to sale. Jeff was there for me every step of the way, from giving helpful tips/suggestions on what fixes/remodels/additions to do to my house before even putting it on the market, to keeping me up-to-date (even when I was away for a week in another country). He also scheduled open houses, headed them, and was extremely knowledgeable about my house, so as to inform potential buyers of the property. Then came the next step- presenting multiple bids to me, and educating me about various loan types and strong offers. Was this all a lot of information for me that was over my head? Yes. However, Jeff walked me through it all, putting the information into terms I could understand. With all of his assurance and help, I felt secure with the various decisions I was having to make. The buying/selling experience with Jeff was so smooth, easy, and helpful that I chose to use him again as my realtor for the purchase of my new home. Should I need a realtor in the future, or if I get word of others who are looking for a place, I will not hesitate to call upon Jeff. As I stated earlier, Jeff was extremely helpful and professional throughout the whole selling, then buying process. He was on top of everything, and made sure I was as well. Talk about accessible- I was in a time crunch, needing to get key information and paperwork in during the holidays, and though I was out of the country, and he was out of town with family, he did not ever fail to pick up the phone, answer an email, or send out emails. He went above and beyond, always. The sales experience with Jeff Hutchens was flawless and impeccable. If realtors were also involved in the buying and selling of cars I would have chosen Jeff to help out, as the process I did encounter was not nearly as easy as Jeff has made the selling and buying of a house!

Jeff Hutchens was very easy to work with, he told us what his plans were and they were carried out in a professional manner. We were very impressed with how he staged the house and the way the photographs came out. Jeff went above and beyond what we had expected as the listing agent.. Within a week of the start of the listing, we received an offer over the asking price and closed escrow within 30 days. We were pleasantly surprised that listing to close of escrow was quick and easy. Jeff was hands down the easiest to work with and was the most professional realtor we have dealt with and we have dealt with over a half dozen in the last 20 years.
