Mr. Jeff was very professional and very quick everything he said that was going to happen or he was going to get done happened it was very straightforward and honest to the whole process this is someone that I would trust selling my house with or buying any day
Jeff is very good in what he dose, he go's be on what is ask of him, even when the sale is done. You can ask him any question he'll answer to the best of his ability, he'll go to the home check out the property making sure the property has not been vandalize at least 4-5 times a week even if the houses not been sold for months at the same time he make sure the tenant is happy with situation , if the tenant is irate he knows how the calm the situation between seller and buyer so that thing are going the way it should be for both the buyer and seller

I wish we met Jeff earlier. It took us two poor experiences and a few years to go through difficult house searches before we met him. When we met we clicked right away. He had an excellent knowledge of the market where we were looking at and was always on top of all the new open houses and was always the first to tell us about upcoming changes or concerns especially during the hard COVID times. We never had to follow up with him or look for answers somewhere else. Working with Jeff was a breeze. If we ever decide to sell or buy in the near future we will definitely be working with Jeff again 100%.
