Thank you for handling the sale of the Shop/House at 2548 Mac Arthur Boulevard in Oakland. You answered all my questions, requests although strange at times, always got back to me promptly, found someone to take care of the many details and for your honesty. I couldn't have one it without you. A top 10 Job.
Muy atento a su servicio al cliente, explica todo sobre el proceso de venta y tiene mucha información y conocimiento de lo que hace.
I recently had to sell my moms house and used Jeff Goodman from Compass. Good experience, helpful, quick, knowledgeable and it just worked out fine for us. Much appreciation to Jeff.
Highly recommend Jeff as a great Alameda broker to easily guide you through your real estate sale or purchase !
Jeff was proactive and most helpful in achieving quick sales. I recommend him highly.
It has been a pleasure to work with Jeff!! He goes the extra mile. Jeff always kept me informed of everything that was going on. Very friendly and professional. He definitely knows his stuff!!! I would recommend Jeff as a realtor to anyone! We plan on using him again in the future!
I highly recommend Jeff for your real estate needs. He helped us sell my mothers house in Alameda. We are not local and he handled everything, kept us informed every step of the way and gave us good advice. Every time I wanted to talk to him or ask a question he was easy to reach and treated me as though I was his only client and I know I wasn’t. He is supportive, understanding and easy to talk to. I'm very glad we chose him to be our agent!
There was no doubt to have Jeff handle the sale of Doug's house. Our family hired Jeff on the sale of our mother's home. Jeff helped us in contacting companies to move furniture, remove junk/garbage. The staging of the house was remarkable! Jeff had great contacts who helped get the house ready to sell. Once completed it was hard to believe the house was over 70 years old. Our highest compliment was how Jeff stayed in touch with Doug. Doug has been in an assisted living facility, confined to a wheelchair the past 14 months. Jeff and David Ballerini took the time to visit Doug with updates, almost daily. They would tell Doug everything that was being done to his house. Especially, when Jeff and David brought the offers and papers to his room. Jeff and David took time helping him get through all the paperwork. We were very impressed. In closing, for Doug selling his house was emotional. Jeff and David were sensitive to this situation and made effort to help Doug through it all. Jeff and David are so caring, they know who and what needs to be done when selling a home. Jeff and David are the BEST!
I Jean Raymond was blessed to have Jeff Goodman as my agent. He and his group are very professional and knowledgeable in the real estate business. Mr. Goodman was always reachable when I had concerns. He kept me in the loop of how things were going with the sale, etc. I had a couple bumps in the road and had gotten frustrated but Jeff assured me everything was going to work out, not to get myself upset, that my health was very important. I appreciate the effort that Jeff and his team put into selling my home. I highly recommend them. Thank You
We listed our home with Jeff, who guided us through every step of the process and secured a quick sale that went very smoothly. His knowledge and experience helped us make good decisions, and he regularly communicated with us throughout the entire process. Perhaps the best thing was that whenever we started to stress over something his response was always the same: "Don't worry. I'm taking care of it." And he did! Heather, who works with Jeff, is also great.
I had a challenging sale and Jeff and Heather both exceeded my expectations. Their communication, expertise, and compassion were superb. I highly recommend them. They are truly the best in the business.
