We really enjoyed working with Jeff as our Realtor. We have had several in the past and what we most liked about him is his very calm demeanor and very personable approach. He is very trust worthy and shows lots of integrity, very knowledgable and really easy to work with. Among the best. In addition, he is a very creative thinker and takes new approaches to listing houses, "outside the box" mentality. We will definatley be using Jeff for the purchase of our next house and likely all real estate transactions from now on

The third time is a charm! and by that I mean Jeff was our third realtor in a year...the first one was overly aggressive and pushed us to make offers on home's we didn't like, even going as far as to tell us we had to just settle because not alot was available in our price range....the second was so busy with her personal life that when she did have time to show us homes we had to cram 10 or more into a few hours....then we met Jeff...I found a house on Realtor.com and he happened to be the agent....we met on a Sunday afternoon in March at that home and I knew instantly that Jeff would find us our first home! He was professional, respectful and attentive to what we wanted. From start to finish Jeff had our best interests at heart, he never pushed us to look at properties we weren't interested in, or couldn't afford and I am happy to say that just 3 months later we closed on our very first home....not only am I happy to refer Jeff to friends and family...I feel priveledged to call him our friend.

I can't imagine using any other realtor but Jeff Duneske. He goes above and beyond the call of duty when it comes to what it takes to selling your house and finding what you need. His knowledge on the area is unreal and his crafty marketing is impressive.
