I have been working with Jeff as his personal assistant for the last two years. I have been a licensed real estate assistant for almost 16 years and have worked for many real estate agents over the years. Jeff is by far the most professional, honest, knowledgeably, respectable, and over all nicest person, both as an agent and a boss that I have ever worked for. Unfortunately in this business not all agents are completely honest with clients or have the highest integrity. Not only do I work for Jeff but he also sold my home. He will do what it takes to make the sale and has the skills and experience to do it.

Jeff is an extremely knowledgeable realtor. He can be counted to present you a fair market assessment and then get in high gear to get your property sold. He is trustworthy and his follow-up is exemplary. Jeff is technically savvy and does a great job presenting your home through the internet.

The third time is a charm! and by that I mean Jeff was our third realtor in a year...the first one was overly aggressive and pushed us to make offers on home's we didn't like, even going as far as to tell us we had to just settle because not alot was available in our price range....the second was so busy with her personal life that when she did have time to show us homes we had to cram 10 or more into a few hours....then we met Jeff...I found a house on Realtor.com and he happened to be the agent....we met on a Sunday afternoon in March at that home and I knew instantly that Jeff would find us our first home! He was professional, respectful and attentive to what we wanted. From start to finish Jeff had our best interests at heart, he never pushed us to look at properties we weren't interested in, or couldn't afford and I am happy to say that just 3 months later we closed on our very first home....not only am I happy to refer Jeff to friends and family...I feel priveledged to call him our friend.

I can't imagine using any other realtor but Jeff Duneske. He goes above and beyond the call of duty when it comes to what it takes to selling your house and finding what you need. His knowledge on the area is unreal and his crafty marketing is impressive.
