Jeff and his wonderful team handled the sale of our Pasadena home. I know this sound like a cliche but we could not be more pleased with Jeff's performance. He was straight down the line a real pro. I owe having a home to Jeff! The market was very challenging, with run away home prices, fixers beyond fixing that were in my budget, and constantly being outbid. I nearly gave up and decided that at my 10th offer was going to be my final, but Jeff reminded me that I had one more weekend left in my "master plan," so he said, let's go for one more weekend in my first choice area of Altadena. Mind you that Altadena was simply a very hot market with out of range prices. I went, made three offers and the home that I was most interested in accepted my offer! I was shocked. I didn't have to compromise on my choice area and I got a home that needed some updating, but structurally sound. I could not be more happy with my purchase!

Jeff is patient, trustworthy, thoughtful and has a thorough grasp of the LA market as a native son. He has a stellar reputation and was instrumental in helping us find the right area and perfect home. He did so much legwork for us so that we could meet our timeline demands. He also negotiated a super competitive price. We have been fortunate to have worked with Jeff on the purchase of two homes in Los Angeles. Our first purchase was as we entered the market in a cross country move occurring over a very short time frame. We chose Jeff a second time and our needs and interests were very different. We were not in a hurry and were not as certain what we were looking for. Jeff is a good listener, he showed us lots of neighborhoods we didn't know about and he stuck to our budget. His negotiating skills are bar-none superb. We would use him again and recommend him without hesitation.

My wife and I chose to work with Jeff because of his intimate knowledge of neighborhoods throughout LA along with his extensive experience in real-estate. His insight on the value of the homes was really useful and truly payed off in negotiations. Ultimately, we would not be in the home we love if it were not for Jeff.

Jeff is a very experienced agent who knows the Northeast LA area better than anyone else I've met. As first time buyers trying to get into an aggressive market we were in GREAT hands. While Zillow and Redfin helped us find many open houses, ultimately the house we bought came through something Jeff got on our radar and we couldn't love it more. Jeff was great at helping us negotiate the offer and work through all the details of closing.

I contacted Mr. Curtis to handle the sale of my father in law's house, which he immediately took on (something I would expect every broker to do). What impressed me most was the fact that when the negotiations and sale became difficult, Mr. Curtis did not shy away, but became more involved in the process. Mr. Curtis' expertise and involvement took, what could have been a very contentious sale, and completed an effective closing of the sale. I would use Mr. Curtis' services again and again.
