I was born in the beautiful territory of Hawaii and moved with my family from Hawaii to Las Vegas in 1968!
Chaparral High School was the high school I attended -- GO COWBOYS! -- and graduated in 1976. UNLV was next on the bucket list.
In 1978, I decided to start my own successful business and sold it in 1997, at which point, a good friend convinced me to give the mortgage industry a try. I was a Partner in Republic Mortgage until we sold our business in 2008/2009. After the sale of our hugely successful mortgage company, the next journey for me was real estate!
In 2010, I delved right in and became a Realtor. However, I didn't want to just be a Realtor, I wanted to be a Realtor with a purpose. So, in 2013 I decided to become a Homes for Heroes affiliate as a way to give back to our local heroes and my community in general. Homes for Heroes was started after 9/11 as a way to say, "Thank You", to those who serve and sacrifice so much!
It is an absolute honor for me, to be involved with my community and to assist clients (who often become friends) navigate the real estate journey with them.
