Amazing Realtor!!

Jeff is absolutely amazing. We had decided to move my son from Phoenix to Raleigh. Jeff had helped us purchase the condo, so I relied on him to help us sell it. He helped us put together a selling "strategy" - when to put it on the market, etc. As I live in North Carolina, Jeff helped with a lot of the selling issues - cleaning service, repairs, etc. The house went on the market on a Friday in December and by Saturday we had several offers, a couple above the asking price. He helped me navigate through the decision process as the offer terms were slightly different. The net - we sold the house in 2 days! If I ever need a realtor in Phoeniz, Jeff is my go-to!
