He helped us put together a selling "strategy" - when to put it on the market, etc. As I live in North Carolina, Jeff helped with a lot of the selling issues - cleaning service, repairs, etc. The house went on the market on a Friday in December and by Saturday we had several offers, a couple above the asking price.
