Melissa & Jeff Brathall represented me and my wife's property sale in Gwinnett County. We loved our home, and they did as well. Everything was critical to a successful sale in this 700 to 900K price range. The first thing that stood out was the optimal timing of the listing. They built a timeline and plan that outlined day by day what to expect and when the "doors opened". Melissa also has an excellent eye on properly staging a home. She helped us with preparing the home for the top price including interior paint colors. Thye both help us get the home ready and brought over nick-knacks, paintings, and pillows to dress the house up. Last, but certainly not least, they spent a lot of time determining the "right price" for the property. Not too low, not too high. They nailed it! We ended up with multiple offers and sold the home for just over asking price. Jeff and Melissa make a great team and we were very thankful for all that they did. Selling a home is very stressful. Why make it tougher by not choosing a good realtor. We give them our highest recommendation.
